This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the Pre-Broadway tryout of the ROBERT DHERY, GERARD CALVI and HAROLD ROME musical flop "LA GROSSE VALISE" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts beginning November 10th, 1965. (The production would open December 14th, 1965 at the Fifty-Fourth Street Theatre in New York City and close after only seven performances.) ..... CONDITION: With the exception of creasing along the right edge, this rare handbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective, carded sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
